近期开始，乌鲁木齐机场部分航线将会停飞。从3月30日起，由南航执行的“北京——乌鲁木齐——德黑兰——乌鲁木齐——北京”航线，改为“北京 ——德黑兰——北京”，中间不再经停乌鲁木齐，如果新疆旅客需要前往德黑兰，可以购买联程机票前往。
国内航线中，乌鲁木齐——西安——三亚最后一班是3月27号，三亚——西安——乌鲁木齐返程最后一班是3月29号，再次执行预计进入冬季以后。但乌鲁木齐 ——太原——海口将保留执行到5月底；乌鲁木齐——西安——义乌航班以及乌鲁木齐——兰州——沈阳航班也从本月30号起停止执行。
